She was such a cute baby. I wanted a girl and mom and I went to go get her. She was advertised in the Shreveport Times as "free beagle" but we're pretty sure she was mostly lab. They handed her to us, she was the last girl left in the litter. We took one look at her and said, "She'll do." The people giving them away had a young son and he followed us to my truck and cried when we took her away.
I also remember that she was very stinky when we got her.
